Our expert Thai chef, with over 10 years experience, formally from the Singha Thai Restaurant, Westcliff, combines the four fundamental tastes from Thai land, sweet, sour, salty and spicy hot, with the use of (sweet) sugar, fruits, sweet peppers, (sour) vinegar, lime juice, tamarind, (salty) soy sauce, fish sauce, (Spicy hot) chillies.
